Jan 30, 2020 · I have a set of louvers that fit the 68 to 70 Javelins and AMXs. This is the two piece style from back in the day. I believe the manufacturer is either Interpart or SportShades.

I haven't seen rear window louvers on an AMX or Javelin in years. They do look good. I had them on my '69 and '70 AMXs back in the 1980s. They keep the interior heat down as well as help stop carpet fade, not to mention blocking headlight glare from the bonehead with the bright lights that comes up behind you.

Mar 6, 2012 · The louvers look great and are incredibly practical. I have an original metal set of AMX louvers to copy from. They will be pretty easy to make once I match up the metal stock and make a master set of cutting and braking patterns.

1978 AMC Concord AMX rear window louvers. I think it will also fit the 1977 AMC Hornet AMX. May fit the earlier Hornets as well. Wont be cheap. But its worth it.
