The only 2 sources I see for these things right now are from the gacha shop and the pvp shop. You need 6 items for each weapon and 6 for the mods and additional ones each time you get a new mod you want to use. The gacha shop has 5/month limit and thats competing against buying more gacha tickets, the rest need to be bought from the pvp shop.
