Jan 29, 2019 · The original Zink C4 FV had 2 aluminum tanks on the out side of the frame just forward of the dash. That allowed the driver's shoulders to touch the roll bar bulkhead. When I raced one of these cars, my helmet was about even with the top of the engine cover.

Vintage Formula Vee. All there, many new parts. Storage for three years.Plate on frame says 2V87. Have notebook indicating it's a Zink and listing all modifications.

Feb 21, 2013 · A Formula Vee is not going to be competitive in SCCA . Maybe close if you went total Solo Vee with a 1920cc, wide tires and disk brakes but you are still giving up a lot in suspension. With that said, Go race it and have a blast don't worry about winning. Also look in to any Vintage race car clubs in your area.

My car started out as a FF, but was converted to 1.8L water cooled SuperVee power 30 years ago to race in CSR, where it has been ever since.
