Depth perception with two eyes would certainly be useful, but you can also get depth information from ranging devices, shifting the perspective of the lens slightly, or re-focusing in and out. Zaku are generally manned, too, so the depth perception isn't going to matter too much if it's just projected onto a two-dimensional screen for the pilot.

It’s awesome, but I thought the Origin kit was a darker shade than the regular Char’s Zaku II. Is it not? HG Origin is really great. I like it better than older HGUC Zaku for sure.

Mar 22, 2021 · I have a 1/000 Master Grade Char's Zaku II kit that I haven't started yet, but thinking ahead, I'm looking at adding a LED for the "eye" of the Zaku but I don't know if the kit can accept an LED and/or if it's easy to turn it on/off if I can fit one in it.

Way back in 2010, when they released the Real Grade Zaku, they figured out a way to make the eye move when the head moves. It works perfectly - it moves smoothly, it always stays in alignment, and it stops when the head does too.

Jul 8, 2016 · Plus this kit also has some pretty cool gimmicks e.g. the moving mono eye, retractable shoulder and waist armor, 2.0 manipulators etc. However... no kits are perfect. The feet are wide but the kit doesn't seems well planted to the ground.
