The U.S. Open Basketball Championships are USA Basketball’s premier summer 5x5 youth tournaments, played under USA Basketball youth guidelines, to crown a national champion. Registration for 12U, 13U, 8th grade, 9th grade and 10th grade boys and girls divisions are open to all teams on a first-come, first-served basis while capacity permits.
