Jul 7, 2014 · 1930s Singer Sports Cars AND Singer car data book. I am shocked at how much incredible information is in these 2 books and I will easily recommend them to ANY Singer owner. These 2 books should be required reading for ALL pre-war Singer owners, there is some post-war information also but this is a gold mine of pre-war information

Apr 13, 2011 · The only non Singer part on the car is the gearbox which is a Triumph Herald unit - that probably helps a bit as you don't have to count to 10 when changing from first to second gears! I appreciate your helpful response...

May 24, 2015 · Hillman, Singer, Sunbeam, Humber, Dodge (Dodge Husky Pick-Up in South Africa), Chrysler (Chrysler Hunters in the UK) and last but not least the Iranian built PAYKANS. So my car is the last badged Singer ever, since Chrysler/Rootes dropped Singer from their line up in 1970. And therefore my car is the newest Singer this side of the pond!
