Jul 8, 2017 · Moving critters and reg EER scope.....pops had a SRH w Burris 1-4X. It shot very well so I took it hunting. And after a week (no shots taken) took that friggin' scope off. Ended up popping a deer past 100 iron sights. Think a Burris FF in one of the scallops/slots would make that a perfect woods gun for old eyes.

Mar 20, 2025 · I use the Helix 2-16x50 SFP, the Titan 5-25x56 FFP and the Nexus 4-20x50 FFP - all with Mil reticles. The Helox and Titan are Chinese made and the Nexus and Theos are made in Japan.

Ginex produces primers for the European ammunition market and has for many years. With CCI, Win, Fed primers being so expensive (or unavailable), Ginex is a bargain by comparison. Enjoy!

Feb 25, 2023 · First impressions- fit and finish are excellent, on par with my FA M83- and certainly better than my Ruger SBH and SRH revolvers. Took it to the range today with my hand loads of 480 Ruger, 410 gr. Hard cast lead Cast Performance bullets at 1140 fps, for sightin with the Ultra Dot red dot I mounted up.

I have one, engraved "Paul Jaeger - Jenkintown, Pa." Built on a DWM 98 Mauser action with the hump ground off, d&t for top mounted scope rings, and a trigger marked "Jaeger".
