Seniors applying for the Seniors' Mobility and Enabling Fund (SMF) Consumables subsidy must meet the following conditions: 1. They must be a Singapore citizen aged 60 and older. 2. Their household monthly income per person must be $2,000 and below.

Jan 17, 2022 · Expanded support for seniors under the SMF 2. The SMF supports Singaporeans as they age by providing eligible seniors (aged 60 years and above) with means-tested subsidies to offset the cost of home healthcare items and assistive devices.

Seniors currently undergoing therapy sessions with qualified therapist (s) in the restructured hospitals, community hospitals or other participating MOH-funded community-based care providers can approach their therapist to put up a SMF application for them.
