Robert Bala is an American college football coach. He is the Inside linebackers coach for the Washington Huskies.

Bala, a native of Oceanside, Calif., joins the Crimson Tide after one season at Liberty where he served as a defensive analyst in 2022 prior to being hired as the Flames linebackers coach for 2023.

Robert Bala joins head coach Jedd Fisch's staff as the linebackers coach. He comes to Seattle after having spent the 2023 season in the same position at Alabama. In 2023, Bala mentored Crimson Tide linebacker Dallas Turner, a consensus All-America and first-team All-SEC selection.
