data structures - What's a RDF triple? - Stack Overflow
Nov 7, 2008 · An RDF file should parse down to a list of triples. A triple consists of a subject, a predicate, and an object. But what do these actually mean? The subject is, well, the subject. It identifies what object the triple is describing. The predicate defines the piece of data in the object we are giving a value to. The object is the actual value.
How to represent predicates in RDF triples <s,p,o> by RDFlib
Feb 17, 2022 · The order of RDF predicates is not meaningful. If RDFlib chooses alphabetical order for the serialization, just roll with it. For actual query results (with SPARQL), you can add an ORDER BY term to control the order; but those are tabular data, not triples. In RDF, the subject and predicate of triples should be a URI.

What is the difference between RDF and OWL? - Stack Overflow
Feb 5, 2022 · RDF Serialisations RDF can be exported in a number of file formats. The most common is RDF+XML but this has some weaknesses. N3 is a non-XML format which is easier to read, and there's some subsets (Turtle and N-Triples) which are stricter. It's important to know that RDF is a way of working with triples, NOT the file formats. XSD
How are blank nodes used in the context of understanding RDF …
Apr 10, 2020 · However I can't see a link between the blank node and how the range constraint could be enforced/resolved. Is it easy to explain on a conceptual level how blank nodes are used in terms of resolving specified triples? I'm very, very new to the world of Linked Data. Please let me know how this question could be improved on!
Graph Databases vs Triple Stores - when to use which?
May 11, 2015 · "triple stores store nothing but triples" Many (most?) triple stores (i.e., for RDF) are actually quad stores, since they have a concept (from SPARQL datasets) of named graphs. Since each triple exists within a graph, the fundamental item is actually (graph, subject, predicate, object).
