Dec 12, 2019 · The pitch fader on my plx 1000 is not properly holding the right tempo. When I have the fader at zero, the tempo is not actually at zero, but much faster. When I slowly move the fader down it will bring the tempo close to +3 then jump to -3. The only way I can get my pitch to go to zero is if I hit the reset and leave that on.

Mar 22, 2017 · @Kenny > Hey, sorry to hear about this issue - as @Jay said, the PLX-500 isn't our top-of-the-line turntable, but you certainly should be able to get a decent amount of use and wear-and-tear out of the PLX-500 regardless, and yes, it is a capable deck for turntablists and scratching, the PLX-1000 just does all that but better (more torque, etc).

When you connect to a turntable with a low output moving coil (MC) cartridge, use a commercially available MC head amp or a step-up transformer.) so any chance to upgrade for using any third-party amps or converters and e.t.c. my PLX 500 turntable if it's not possible, please tell me what is the reason thanks

Oct 24, 2016 · Today, I got another turntable and had the same problem, so I followed the workaround located in the Pioneer PLX-1000 turntable Manual pdf., and it work. I was able to turn the screw counterclockwise to pop the lever back up, so now it comes up all the way to where it no longer hits the tonearm cradle.

Jun 24, 2017 · Hello all, Sorry for the late reply. DJM-450 engineers answered about the grounding. Please use the SIGNAL GND terminal at the rear side of DJM-450 as shown below to connect a lead wire to the metal part of an AMP, a speaker or a table instead of power input.

Sep 2, 2017 · As previously noted, some units have had this issue and it has been resolved in future production runs. If you are hesitant to receive another PLX-500, I might suggest you either wait for a different batch to arrive, or to upgrade to the PLX-1000, which is certainly designed to be more robust and performance-oriented than the PLX-500.

Sep 28, 2016 · I just picked a PLX-500K yesterday, I also own 2 PLX-1000's and I've been putting it through some tests to compare the two. I'm having an issue recording into rekordbox 4.2.2. The problem is with the recorded wav file. There are several stutters through the recording, the problem is not with the vinyl, the playback is perfect.
