When you were assessed on PCL, did anyone explain the reasoning's for your scores to you or summarize their score report so you could understand why it all applied to you?

Jan 25, 2017 · The documentary I linked is set in a prison. The main psychopath, named Wayne, is in prison for molestation. He attempted (or succeeded; the documentary isn’t clear) to murder his brother when he was a kid, and that was his first encounter with the court system. He is not a serial killer. He was merely assessed as scoring a 40 on the PCL-R.

Jun 28, 2016 · These mostly don't apply to me, so I won't bother answering them. The questions are probably fine as general diagnostic guidelines (pretty close to PCL-R), but I think it's probably a lot more telling to ask "why?" Like, okay, so a person is unreliable--why are they unreliable?
