Jan 16, 2023 · Depends on the holster. For example, my Safariland 6004 for a HK45 with a Surefire X300 also fits my P30L with that light and fits both with aTLR-1. Depending on the holster design, many of them fit but some do not. I would ask the manufacturer. Comp-Tac, for example, advertises that their holsters fit both.

Oct 25, 2011 · The P30L feels a bit different but you get used to it. It is a bit softer as far as recoil goes. When you fire the P30 compared to the P30L the P30 is a short recoil and the pistol is right back on the other feels like it is riding on rails and softer recoil and it gets back on target.

Apr 2, 2011 · I've handled a P30, a P30S (P30 w/manual safety) and a P30LS (the latter 2 of the 3, I own). Technically, I've read there is a slight difference in how the trigger works between non-safety vs. safety P30-series handguns BUT you will 99% not even feel a difference.

Jul 24, 2011 · You can smoothly holster draw a P30/P30L w/safety and simultaneously thumb down the safety lever to fire while pulling the trigger. Even better, unlike the HK45-style manual safety, the P30-series' decocker is a separate, rearward button.

I have decided to try out a RDS, for target shooting and to leave on for HD support after I am accustomed to it. Just as a heads up, I've purchased a decent sight tool, so I can test fit things as much as I'd like and swap back and forth as needed.
