Feb 28, 2016 · Earth domain Druid seems the best bet. Druid or Cleric with the Earth domain. Both have 14 of the gem magic spells, and as a bonus they are Wis-based casters, which works nicely with the Oread's racial ability bonus.

Spell-like ability: Oreads get a cast of magic stone once per day for free, which could come in handy for caster classes and perhaps even a ranged build at low levels, but isn’t the most exciting thing out there.
