Springfield founded Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) in April 3, 1990 when the residents of Springfield school district and 13 surrounding public school districts voted to establish a “community technical college.”

Welcome to the OTC Springfield Campus, located in the college district at the intersection of Chestnut Expressway and National Avenue. OTC’s inaugural campus was established in the spring of 1990 when area residents voted for the creation of a community technical college.

Ozarks Technical Community College features six campuses and centers located throughout the Ozarks. Each location is designed to serve students from a unique area. The college also offers a convenient alternative to seated classes through OTC Online.
