Coolpix P1000 Freezing Question : r/Nikon - Reddit
Apr 1, 2020 · I have the Nikon Coolpix P1000 and the camera freezes quite frequently. Requiring a battery dump. Out in the field this causes missed moment and photos. Does anyone else have this issue? Ive tried searching online and found the P900 had something like this. Is it a setting I have on messing it up? Or is it probably a Firmware update to wait on.

It is a "superzoom bridge camera" with a 1/2.3 sensor, max 4k/30fps video, and max 24-3000mm full frame equivalent focal length (this is actual optical, not digital). Is a Nikon P1000 basically better than any binocular out there?
Aug 13, 2019 · I’m after extreme range and after searching for hours on long distance capable binoculars I came to the conclusion that the Nikon P1000(125x/3,000mm Zoom) is like binoculars on steroids, and has the ability to record film/photos of what you see. Thing is, as you zoom quality decreases and it cost $1,000. Am I on the right track here? Thanks
