Dec 8, 2015 · Thanks everyone. I really appreciate the feedback. I'm going to choose the AMG. It's a 2003. Things I like about the AMG: extra power, better looking interior (white faced gauges, beefier steering wheel, very dark bezels vs the wood grain color of the ML500), more aggressive hood lines and newer head unit (great looking install job; $2000 radio).

Sep 13, 2022 · The 500 is a 4.7L twin turbo. The 63 is a 5.5L water cooled twin turbo. About 85 more Kw. Bigger and better brakes. Better seats. Bit angrier in sports mode. More options standard. I love my 500 it has a tune and exhaust mod with plenty of power for a daily driver but I wouldn’t knock back a 63. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Feb 15, 2008 · Both the 430's and the 55's have 3.46 differential gears, whereas the 500 has a 3.70 differential gear. As gears multiply torque the lower 500 gear (higher number) of 3.70 will multiply the torque of the 500 engine at the rear wheels closer to the torque of the 55 engine at the rear wheels with the 3.46 gear.

Apr 29, 2019 · I have install The Kleemann Blower kits on several Mercedes , #1 was a new 03 CLK 55 AMG and #2 was a 04 ML-500 . Super Power increase But It suck down Hi Test Gas. Quite regularly .These kits are not for the weekend warriors.
