What I was giving was an option for a MODERN or Windows 8 application if someone was looking for one. But nothing wrong with old technology if that what you want to use.

Feb 8, 2014 · The sample MPEG files do not run on the Metro Media player, but they run without audio on the VLC and MPUI players. Used software: VMware Player 5.0.1 (this translates to VMware Workstation 9.0.1 for the Workstation users). We create a new VM for this purpose with one of the supported OS types.
