In support of your theory, there is the fact that Killua's training being different is highly possible because he also didn't know about nen while his younger sibling did.

Jun 9, 2022 · Hiei way older than that but Killua should be either the same age or older than start of series Yusuke who was 14 at start of series (and 17 by the end) while Killua according to the current timeline should be 14 or 15 (so I hope him and Gon get knew older looking designs when they make their return in the story).

The HxH one's by far best the imo. One thing most people don't notice is how the characters gradually seem to 'grow' in facial structure overtime, compare Election Arc Killua to Zoldyck Arc and you'll see what I mean, he looks noticeably older. Even the VAs gradually deepen their voice.

Nov 17, 2021 · Their hair is confirmed to be silver in the manga. It seems zoldyks with silver hair have the dominant zoldyck genes of talent and potential. the black haired one got the dominant genes from Killua's mom, who's not a zoldyck genetically.
