I also had emailed transparent at one point and asked which of these transparent cables would be a better match.

Oct 26, 2010 · I had that choice and I chose cheaper MM2 ICs for my system. The MM2 is supposedly a considerable advance over the MM1 but I never had the chance to directly compare the MM2 Music Link I purchased with a MM1 higher up the chain. However I can say I am well satisfied with the cable I have, paid around $750 for a 10' pair.

Feb 2, 2025 · As far as F6 goes, the design is fairly common. A 2.5-way with two 6.5" mid/bass drivers and a 1" silk dome tweeter. I am not suggesting that F6 is not good as Uncle Kevin says, but I would never buy a speaker unheard.

Mar 31, 2008 · The massive sections of the bruckner 5 benefited from the tighter bass of the ultra mm2; importantly, woodwind and brass were more specifically colorful in terms of sonic texture, attacks, vibrato, with the mm2, but the ref mm1 was clearly more satisfying in bottom weight and overall expansiveness of sound. no surprise here.

They were also Kevin's speaker and he claimed the personality card was especially well tuned to that speaker, but the CLS sounded much better without the Muse. The Muse 18 is a good subwoofwe if you want to see your floor become a blur, but musically satisfying it is not.
