Initial is a British television production company, part of Banijay. Following the takeover of Endemol by Banijay, the logo was modified to include the 2020 Banijay symbol and byline.

The logo came into use in mid-1994 when Endemol was founded by a merger of television production companies owned by Joop van den Ende and John de Mol, the name deriving from the combination of their surnames.

Endemol USA was the American production branch of Dutch-International entertainment company Endemol founded in 2000. It mainly produced the US versions of Endemol's programming, but also specialized in creating original IPs, such as Fear Factor, Deal or No Deal and Wipeout.
