All the weight of her front end is taken on her neck. Instead, I put my arm between her front lets and up the side of her chest, so most of her weight is supported firmly by my arm.

I've had multi-hour delays on Megabus, Peter Pan, and Greyhound between Boston and NY even on non-holidays and weekdays, and the seats were all equally uncomfortable compared to Amtrak. If you want comfort, splurge for Amtrak.

Nov 17, 2023 · Hi. I just found out that Greyhound now assigns everyone a seat. I wanted to go to NYC & was wondering if people here had any experience with how seating works. Is this enforced by the driver? Does everyone go to their assigned seat or do people still sit whenever they want? I plan to pay the fee to reserve the seat next to me so I ride alone.

Feb 22, 2023 · 20 years ago I took a Greyhound home from college. Two folks behind me were having sex in the seats behind me. I'll give you the blowjob, but when the full out sex started, that was enough. If I didn't think the guy could kick my ass, I would have said something. The sounds, smells, still stick with me to this day. Never rode Greyhound again.

And then they finished Greyhound with time left on Tom’s contract so they made another movie with whatever they had lying around and called it Finch. (In all seriousness I loved greyhound. Didn't take greyhound took megabus which is in the northeast, eastern seaboard and the south currently. If you book these far in advance (a month) you can get fares in the $5 or $10 range sometimes. We did this and it was inconvenient to get up at 5am to meet the bus, the trip was sometimes loud, the bathroom was appalling and on the return ...

I have been on a greyhound a few times and it sucks all you can think about is the next stop so you can get out to stretch your legs. So I know when people ride greyhound or some other bus it makes people cranky because they been sitting on a bus for so long.

Greyhound is also the official transportation of the newly released inmate, so expect one or two of these, not yet acclimated to life on the outside. I once had a newly released convict spend nearly nine hours loudly ranting about how he was going to get his 40 acres and a mule after having been in prison for six years for dealing crack cocaine.

Apr 12, 2024 · Greyhound is pretty horrible. It had already gone downhill due to lack of ridership. The people who typically rode Greyhound are folks without a credit card, rural people, people getting out of jail, and people in general without other options. Now, Greyhound has gotten worse. Greyhound was acquired by a multinational company based in the UK.

I took greyhound a lot when I was in college and grad school. The major east coast routes between Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington DC are nice. Newish buses, leave from a fine part of town, etc. The couple of times I took greyhound in the south was much less good. Old smelly buses, stations were in sketchy areas.
