The Gillig Advantage was born (low-floor!), and hasn't seen any real change in almost 20 years. LACMTA does all CNGs, Gillig said no. Other TAs wanted artics, Gillig said no.

Jun 14, 2008 · I seen this bus on 32st at B'way a few years back when it was being tested. That is a beautiful bus, and puts the Orion V to shame. The Gillig has some pleasing features to look at, unlike Orion V. The Gillig BRT is also a beautiful bus. How it rides, well everything in MTA will ride like crap eventually.

Sep 11, 2020 · NICE doesn't go Nova primarily because the LFS seats less people than what Gillig and New Flyer offers, and the LFS has a known issue when it comes to capacity and space. Gillig and New Flyer provides better passenger flow over the LFS in my opinion.
