Nov 5, 2016 · Geese is pretty weak as a unit (I don't hate him, but he's blown out of the water). While he has better skill growth (And I'm sure res too), Gonzales does better overall otherwise. And both get a skill bonus on promotion, so Gonzales's lower skill doesn't hurt too much.

Geese appears as an NPC at the start of turn 5 in Chapter 10A, or at the start of turn 6 in Chapter 11B. He can be recruited by talking to him with Roy.

Facing fierce competition for the Hero Crest, even in his joining chapter, there's not much he can claim to warrant saving one for him.
