GHS Marching Band Fee Form – Grafton High School Bands
May 31, 2024 · The marching season fees for 2024-2025 are $250 per student. If you have a second child in band, their marching fees are $225, and if you have a third student in band, that child’s fees are $200. The preferred method of payment of these fees is below through PayPal.

The marching bands have been named Grand Champions of several competitions including the Hermitage Invitational, the Hanover Invitational, Warrior Classic, the Warhill Invitational, Mills Godwin Invitational, and the Marching Marlin Classic.

Marching Band begins on Aug 1st and runs through the end of football season (November). Practices begin with Music Readings, Rookie Camp, 2 full weeks of Band Camp and then several weekly evening sessions.

MARCHING BAND REHEARSAL DRESS CODE The old adage, “You perform as you practice,” is the basis of this requirement. To improve the uniformity of the band on the field, we have a dress code for marching band rehearsals, which is a part of your after school participation grade.
Freshmen and Newcomers Guide – Grafton High School Bands
Marching band is a great way for freshmen and newcomers to make new friends, form relationships with upperclassmen, and become familiar with the school. It eases the transition from middle to high school.
GHS Band. The marching season is a busy time. We hope every parent will be involved in the band either through the boosters or just by supporting the band at their performances throughout the season. We are very proud of the band program at Grafton. Grafton has a great reputation throughout the area as one of the best bands around.
