Apr 29, 2010 · Lately have had a dull pain near my elbow on my inner left forearm (fretting hand), the area highlighted in blue in the attached image. To my eye, the blue area is the outer left forearm. As others have mentioned, pain on the outer tendon is tennis elbow, and pain on the inner tendon is golfer's elbow.

Jan 6, 2012 · Something to think about. I had severe pins and needles and pain in my left forearm and hand and burning shooting pain there after playing for 30 minutes, and numbness next day. I followed up on several possible explanations. This didn't come on all at once but over about a year or so I started to notice it.

Apr 25, 2004 · The key to the treatment is to identify the correct muscles which are being overused. #In addition to the muscles in your hand, the muscles in your forearm are extremely important. #Some of those muscles include the pronator teres & the brachioradialis. I use Active Release Technique for my patients. #It is a wonderful soft tissue technique.

Nov 20, 2024 · Tis the season for travel! I'm on the road a bit until the end of January and was lucky enough to be passing near Paul Newson's shop in Manton MI. He was kind enough to spend a few hours with me. I got a chance to play one of his new 2024 F5's and an older A style (forgot the year). He played around with my 2018 Newson as well.
