I would try disabling the horizontal and vertical radius lead ins and use a perpendicular linear lead-in to pick up the comp and increase the lead-in value to at least .100".

If you plan on doing anything complex involving multiple work offsets (such as vise work) you will need to have your post edited to perform correctly

Feb 9, 2016 · Fanuc doesn't care if you turn it off before a G05.1 Q0. So with what OP shows the G49 before G05 .1 Q0 is just plain dangerous and unnecessary. As long as tool length compensation isn't active before you turn G05.1 on it doesn't care about what happens after.
