I have attached a couple of pics to hopefully clarify the situation. I can design the exhaust port and ducting and transfer ports themselves inline with Frits' FOS calculations but am concerned that the transfer passages will be a limiting factor. What is the minimum radius that I can get away with? Or am I fighting a losing battle?
