High Damage, Armour Piercing, Shield Breaking. You unlock the Weapon by completing all the Back to Ubersreik - missions as Kerillian, on any difficulty. You can complete missions via quickplay or by joining a friend who launches them for you.

Elven axe uses exactly the same damage and cleave profiles for all its attacks as the human/dwarf axe. The difference is that it swings faster, but doesn't get the +10% crit bonus on light attacks. It also swings at different angles.
