Nov 16, 2017 · I just saw you cant play Dust 1 anymore, and other maps, as I cant find them anymore. What happened? The achievements for each maps are still there, so I hope they just "removed" my favorite maps for the sake of reworking like inferno/dust.

Dust 1 was originally in the BETA and has been in the game since then. The main reason no one plays it anymore was that the map was not balanced properly, the reason why Dust 2 was created.

Yea dust 1 was really unbalanced. I was a big fan of dust 1 on 1.6 it was my main and favorite map but when csgo came out and i saw some competitive games i understood how inbalanced it was. Aztec on the other hand i think its fixable.

May 17, 2018 · I cannot thank you enough for making a good version of Dust 1. I always thought this map had potential if the B side just had a few extra areas, and you pulled that off perfectly. I love the new routes on B side, they're simple enough to feel totally natural in the space but they have a bit of nuance to them as well.
