I have a dope snow jacket from last season and i honestly loved it so much. It was so waterproof even on days it would be raining, and there was so much storage in the pockets i brought up sandwiches, a water bottle, my phone, my keys, and a cliff bar. I get how some people don’t like the hype on them but the quality is actually pretty decent.

The style was very intriguing to me, the pullover jacket design they have is kind of cool and it seems like (and they also claim) it provides “maximum mobility.” This is something I’ve always found I struggle with in jackets, I feel too restricted in them.

Nov 26, 2022 · The Dope has better finishing like elastic waist and sleeves that prevent snow to enter. The Volcom one seems built out of stronger materials and seems more durable. I really miss the ski pass pocket in the sleeve with the Volcom jacket...

Dope Snow isn't going to compete with the Burton AK line on tech specs but it's not trying to. I think it's a great brand in it's lane. Affordable, stylish, good cuts, comfortable outerwear that will be adequate for most people. I don't personally own any Dope Snow gear but I think it looks cool and the quality seems fine.

Dope snow and Montec are repurposed Ali baba jackets. Things might look cool initially but it’s common attire for bad riders that only ride for the pics and video. They picked up style through the internet, not from being on the mountain.

Dope snow stuff is good and looks good. Not great. But good. It will get the job done for the majority of riders. You can get better quality gear on sale for the same price as dope snow gear, but if you like the designs of dope and feel like it’s gonna fit your needs then buy it.

Jan 20, 2022 · I ride midwest, and it seems like 10% of the riders are in dope brand stuff. I have a couple jackets and I love them. I also have several other brands of stuff from Burton AK, Holden, airblaster. dollar for dollar dope is hard to beat.
