There is a unique variant of this backpack called "Hannah's Hunter Backpack", which can be found only in the Underground Bunker of Livonia. This variant features a weathered hunter backpack with a white skull graffitied on the bag, a cassette tape taped to one of the outer pouches, and various patches.

Hunting loot is spread across the map in hunting cabins and hunting stands. The ingame map displays the location of these cabins. Industrial loot is assigned to warehouses, factories and storage containers. However, industrial loot can commonly be found on infected too.
