
Coconino National Forest - Bell Rock Pathway / Vista
The Bell Rock Pathway is a 3.6-mile trail. Along this pathway you'll enjoy fantastic views of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, and other landmarks. Most of the pathway has a wide, hard surface, but there are some steep hills too. Some places around Bell Rock are rocky and rough.
Coconino National Forest - Courthouse Butte Loop Trail
South Trailhead: Bell Rock Vista and Pathway trailhead (South of Bell Rock): from the junction of Routes 89A and 179 in Sedona, take 179 south 6.5 miles to a left turn lane marked for Bell Rock Vista, milepost 307.1 for the south trailhead.
Coconino National Forest - Big Park Trails
Location: 38 miles south of Flagstaff in scenic Red Rock Country. Access: From the junction of Routes 89A and 179 in Sedona, take 179 south 6.5 miles to a short roadway on the left marked for Bell Rock Vista, milepost 307.1.
Coconino National Forest - Templeton Trail
The Templeton Trail begins off the Bell Rock Pathway just north of Bell Rock, goes under Route 179 through a tunnel and heads northwest. It intersects the H.T. Trail at 1 mile.
Coconino National Forest - Courthouse Vista
Courthouse Vista is the trailhead for Courthouse Butte Loop, Bell Rock, and Bell Rock Pathway trails. These trails access Llama, Templeton, HT and Big Park trails in the immediate area.
Coconino National Forest - Little Horse Trail No. 61
Little Horse Trail begins as part of the Bell Rock Pathway. Follow this wide trail southward for 0.25 mile. Here, at a signed fork, take the old jeep road branching to the left and marked with basket cairns. The road drops to cross a dry streambed, climbs a bit and ends at the 0.75 mile point.
Coconino National Forest - Llama Trail
Although suitable for hiking, the Llama Trail is an alternate connector between the Little Horse Trail and Templeton trail for mountain bikers wishing to avoid the popular Bell Rock Pathway.

Coconino National Forest - Recreation
As you leave Oak Creek Canyon and continue past Sedona through Red Rock Country, an observer with a sharp eye will recognize familiar shapes among the natural sculptures that form the horizon. Keep an eye out for Steam Boat Rock, Courthouse Butte, Bell Rock and more.
