  1. Long-term review of the BMW CE 04 (The Suit & Tie Rocket Ship)

Nov 9, 2022 · With 4,700 miles (7500km) and 9 months under my belt, it's time for my long-term review of the BMW CE 04. Introduction In 2022, BMW released the CE 04: a futuristic-looking spaceship in a sea of boring two-wheeled EVs. It made quite a splash, with BMW selling nearly 5000 in the first year...

  3. C 400 GT: Ride Videos Thread, Anyone? | BMW Scooters Forum

Oct 15, 2016 · That is, for some reason, BMW offers crash bars for the front end of the C 400 X but not for the slightly different front end of the C 400 GT. In addition to the Ultimate Alps Tour this past July, in May of 2022 I also rode C 400 X models for the Edelweiss Tuscany and Vienna tours, and those scoots had the same OEM crash bars.

Apr 17, 2020 · I've only ridden the C400X (scooter tour in France and Germany!) but guessing it'll come down to who will be doing the work. In ascending order of costs: 1. You 2. In addition, I like the look of the scooter and am looking for something under 400cc; however, reliability is absolutely paramount. I would be using the scooter for a daily commute of over a hundred miles (mixed motorway, country and city roads).

  8. Adding a Luggage Box to my C400 GT | BMW Scooters Forum

Aug 22, 2024 · Then found that to complete the installation. I needed 4 additional BMW trim pieces and special screws due to the lower part of the rack is more exposed on the C400X. This part is covered with bodywork on the C400GT. I was not keen on the plastic BMW or SHAD plastic type top boxes, as I personally don’t like the look. Thought about a BMW ...

  9. Maintenance Cost Pricey? - BMW Scooters Forum

Jul 15, 2013 · The BMW C series is the best scooter ever manufactured. All things being equal it may cost a little more to maintain - but that cost is easily offset by the enjoyment of ownership. Jul 26, 2013

  10. BMW C650 GT vs. Burgman 650 - BMW Scooters Forum

Oct 5, 2019 · I have owned the Honda Silverwing scooter, Burgman 650 scooter, and the BMW C650GT scooter. Best performance: BMW 650GT. Handles like a BMW. I didn't like the B650 scooter mainly because of the terrible electrically controlled CVT system. The Honda Silverwing and BMW both use a flyweight system to control the variable drive system.
