The CSA provides a set of system partitioning and chiplet connectivity standards that have been co-developed with the ecosystem, aligning the industry on the foundational choices of building chiplets.

Arm, in collaboration with our partnership, is analyzing and defining optimal partitioning choices for chiplet-based systems with the eventual goal of enabling greater reuse of components (physical design IP, soft IP etc) between multiple suppliers, up to and including complete chiplets.

Key chiplet adoption use cases and Arm's contributions to foster a successful chiplet ecosystem. A chiplet is a silicon die designed to operate as part of a system and which can be combined to create larger and more complex systems that can be packaged and sold as a single component.
