Feb 9, 2017 · I've found Alolan Muk very capable of the Rest-Talk method. Personally, I prefer this moveset for my own. Curse will increase Muk-A's Attack and Defense, while decreasing its Speed. Payback is meant to take advantage of the stat increases and decreases.
