May 3, 2007 · I actualy AM looking for floor flatness (FF) and floor levelness (FL). I cant afford the time or money to truly observe ASTM E1155. I'm dealing with an 8000sq ft floating floor so if it is not level it will creep if it is not flat I have to grind it down.

Jul 28, 2010 · We use ASTM #30 for the eve and valleys and ASTM #15 for the field. The ASTM #30 we use is 44" tall and almost impossible to work with in the winter due to its strength. The non rated #30 is 36" tall (which only gives you about 6" coverage above the inside wall on a 2 foot overhang) and it feels lighter than ASTM #15.
