On the back page there's a section marking out each string by fret, the name of the note for the fret, where the note lays in the bass clef. The product number is MB99578. Also, knowing the EADG strings should help you tie things together on the B by knowing how to descend an octave from those respective strings to the octave below on the B string.

"Clacking" noise against frets...How to fix? | TalkBass.com
Mar 19, 2018 · It is a 5-string bass. The Low B and E strings make a "clacking" sound (kinda like Fieldy's bass tone). Where would be the best place to start making adjustments to try and get rid of the clacking? It sounds like the string is hitting against the first fret when it is played open, but it also clacks as you play up/down the neck.
