Sep 17, 2021 · Hi @Rui_Ning_Wang, welcome to the Asana Community forum . I suggest multi-homing a single task in these many projects. A task can belong to up to 20 different projects at any given time and any actions carried out on the task will be reflected in all projects.

Jan 27, 2020 · In order for Asana to consider your suggestion, you should create a new Forum post in the #productfeedback category and vote for it, then others can too. You might consider that many associate My Tasks deeply with assigned-to-me tasks only; perhaps in addition to My Tasks, adding a My Collaborations view is another alternative to propose.
