P rior to its release, Ke Huy Quan's Valentine's Day action movie, Love Hurts, looked quite promising, but now that the movie is out, it is struggling against shockingly poor revi

Love Hurts' fails on practically every level, mostly because the movie has absolutely no idea what it’s trying to be.

Love Hurts is a Universal movie, and since the production company is under the NBCUniversal umbrella, that means it will head to Peacock for streaming. Theatrical films typically hit the platform three months after their release, so if Love Hurts follows the same format, expect to see it on Peacock by May 2025.

Ke Huy Quan has said Steven Spielberg influenced his decision to accept this role, and David Fear of Rolling Stone agrees Quan deserves a chance to showcase his skills in a leading role, but this “lazy action flick” isn’t it.
