On Friday night, Smith and Purdue took on No. 1 seed Houston Cougars in the Sweet 16, eyeing a second-straight trip to the Elite Eight. Coming into the Sweet 16, Smith had recorded 560 points, 298 assists and 159 rebounds through 35 games this season, showing off his all-around game.
