Hall of Fame defensive end Jared Allen shared his thoughts on the Vikings potentially acquiring Aaron Rodgers.

The Minnesota Vikings seem to have a chance to have seen the likes of both Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers play for their franchise, according to former player Jared Allen. Allen appeared on an episode of the Up and Adams Show uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday.

That’s Aaron Rodgers, a soon-to-be ex-New York Jet, and Allen endorsed him as the Minnesota Vikings’ quarterback in 2025. “Reluctantly, yes. Only because I experienced it with Brett,” Allen told Kay Adams this week when she asked if he’d support Rodgers in purple.
