Florida’s self-proclaimed “King of Vape” is in the hot seat as lawmakers and officials try to throttle business linked to his family’s alleged sale of kid-friendly e-cigarettes manufactured in China.

A suspect was arrested in connection with a $140,000 vape shop burglary in Orange County. The suspect was identified as Toan Vo, 31, of Westminster, according to the Irvine Police Department.
