Schedule: The 18th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will start on March 22 with defending Champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) hosting Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the Eden Gardens.

Defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders will play IPL 2025 opener against Royal Challengers Bengaluru on March 22 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The iconic venue will also host the final on May 25.

Hyderabad is set to hold Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator, whereas Qualifier 2 and the championship final are scheduled to occur in Kolkata, as reported by the media.

Eden Gardens, the home ground of IPL 2024 champions Kolkata Knight Riders, will host both the tournament opener of IPL 2025 on March 22 and the final on May 25. It will also host Qualifier 2 on May 23.
