Obito Uchiha could have been the perfect Hokage from the Uchiha clan if not for his path being tainted by revenge and hatred.

Madara's efforts worked, and Obito became one of his biggest supporters. He infiltrated the Akatsuki, and manipulated it to that end. Before his demise, Fugaku was the leader of the Uchiha clan.
