Early iterations of the new Disney+ Marvel series were not planning to bring back two of the Netflix Daredevil series' most important characters.

There is no Matt Murdock without Karen Page and Foggy Nelson. At least that’s the belief held by Daredevil: Born Again showrunner Dario Scardapane. Before a creative overhaul in October 2023, Karen and Foggy were not in Born Again.
