The Kansas City Chiefs — after coming so close to an unprecedented three-peat — will be etched in history as falling one game short.

Jalyx Hunt is finding a positive way to deal with his fine from the NFL following his sack of Patrick Mahomes in the Super Bowl.  The rookie Eagles linebacker was apparently fined $5,690 by the NFL for unsportsmanlike conduct for his "bow-and-arrow" sack celebration during the second quarter of Philadelphia's eventual 40-22 win over the Chiefs.

In the case of two of Philadelphia's defensive stars from the Super Bowl, some of their celebrations of their dominance ended up getting critiqued by the league office. Rookie edge rusher Jalyx Hunt was fined $5,690 for unsportsmanlike conduct for a violent gesture (bow and arrow celebration) during the second quarter.

Patrick Mahomes and the team's offense struggled to get anything going against the Philadelphia Eagles' stout defense, and the Chiefs trailed 24-0 at the half. Mahomes was under constant duress and made poor decisions with the football. Kansas City also appeared to completely abandon the running game.

The Philadelphia Eagles star knocked the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback to the ground, shoving him in the helmet after he was stripped of the football in the fourth quarter. The Eagles recovered the ball and were allowed to take their defense off the field, as no penalty was called.

History was on the line Sunday night, and it only took a half for Kansas City's dominant run to be extinguished
