Pearl Soap is a company based in Syria, it has been making Aleppo soap since 1945. The soaps are made primarily of natural olive oil which is boiled in a large vat with water, lye, and laurel oil.

Soap makers in the Syrian city of Aleppo have been in business for centuries and have survived civil war, sanctions and earthquakes. And now they are proud to carry on this unique tradition.
