New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge on Wednesday night bashed his first home run since April 4 and in doing so ended a 10-game homer-less streak and delivered the go-ahead run in an eventual 4-3 sweep-completing win over the visiting Kansas City Royals.

In the seventh inning of a tie game, Judge saw a sinker from John Schreiber that cut across the plate and demolished it into the bullpen in right-center for his seventh homer of the season. Mid-April is too soon for pace calculators, but if extrapolated he would be on track for 63.

The Yankees swept the Royals on Wednesday, and Aaron Judge had much to say about Fernando Cruz' two-inning save.
