During Galaxy Unpacked, Samsung revealed that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature Corning's latest Gorilla Armor 2.

Samsung's new AI-forward flagship smartphones are on deck. The South Korean tech giant unveiled the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra during its Galaxy Unpacked livestream on Wednesday, Jan. 22, showcasing their sweeping integration of AI features but otherwise minimal spec upgrades.

When it comes to the camera, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will see the biggest improvement in its ultra wide sensor, which is getting upgraded to 50-megapixels from 12-megapixels. Otherwise, it will have a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel 5X telephoto camera and a 10-megapixel 3X zoom camera like last year's Ultra.
